On this page, I share the products I use and recommend as part of my myofascial facial massage practice and skincare approach. Not because they are “trendy” or promise quick results, but because I have tested them on my own skin — sometimes after long research… and also a few mistakes.
Over time, I realized that nothing works in isolation. Using natural skincare is not enough if you then apply makeup containing silicones or petrochemical derivatives: this can limit, or even cancel out, the effects of both skincare and the work done on the face, especially when practicing face massage for wrinkles.
This is why I carefully select only:
My goal is not to accumulate products, but to support the skin, preserve its balance, and enhance the effects of myofascial facial massage without disrupting its natural mechanisms.
Each product I share is chosen with care for its quality, its composition, and its compatibility with the skin. The idea remains simple: do less, but better, with products that are truly useful and adapted.
For a long time, I struggled to find products that truly suited my skin. I was often told it was dehydrated, yet no cream seemed to work: some felt too tight, others left a greasy film, and my skin remained uncomfortable.
Over time, I understood that the issue was not my skin, but the products I was using daily.
Today, I focus only on 100% natural and effective skincare, with a high concentration of active ingredients, combined with a simple 4-step routine.
The goal is to support skin quality while complementing face massage for wrinkles, which works deeply on tension and tissue mobility.
1. Cleanser
The Ringana Cleanser gently cleanses and removes makeup, even around the eyes, without causing irritation or discomfort.
2. Tonic
The Ringana Calm Tonic rebalances the skin after cleansing and provides an initial layer of hydration, essential to prepare the skin and improve the absorption of the following products.
3. Serum
A key step in the routine, the serum is highly concentrated in active ingredients. It targets specific skin needs, especially hydration, radiance, and wrinkle prevention.
4. Cream
It nourishes, protects, and maintains skin comfort throughout the day.
I discovered Ringana after an allergic reaction that led me to carefully analyze the composition of the products I was using.
What convinced me:

During the consultation, we analyze your face, your skin, and your current routine. We also observe areas of tension that may influence certain wrinkles, in order to adapt both skincare and face massage for wrinkles techniques.
Tools are only effective if they are well designed and suitable for the skin. Before finding the ones I use today, I tested several brands. Some caused redness, irritation, or breakouts, while others were simply ineffective or not adapted to facial work.
Face taping involves using kinesiology tape to support certain areas of the face and limit repeated muscle contractions. It works alongside myofascial techniques to help release tension and support tissue work.
The face tape I use is made in Japan, using elastic cotton with a hypoallergenic, latex-free adhesive, designed to remain comfortable even on sensitive areas.
Unlike generic tapes, it adheres properly to the skin and stays in place, allowing for more precise and effective work.
Face cupping uses gentle suction to stimulate circulation, relax tissues, and improve skin oxygenation.
The cups I use are specifically designed for the face, made from high-quality, non-toxic silicone that is safe for the skin.
They allow for precise work, complementary to myofascial facial massage, especially to boost circulation and improve tissue quality.
Gua sha is a traditional tool used to stimulate circulation and release certain tensions.
I use it on specific areas of the face, as a complement to manual work.
However, it is not suitable for all areas, especially delicate zones such as the frown line. That is why I adapt its use depending on each face and its needs.
Some wrinkles are not only linked to age, but also to tension stored in the facial muscles and fascia.
By working on these tensions through myofascial facial massage, it becomes possible to act more sustainably on the appearance of wrinkles — a key principle behind face massage for wrinkles.
After reviewing my skincare, I realized that makeup needed to follow the same logic.
Applying natural skincare and then using occlusive or irritating products is not consistent with a global approach to the face.
Today, I choose brands that offer formulas respectful of the skin.
Even the most natural makeup uses mineral pigments (titanium dioxide, iron oxides), so their quality and formulation remain essential to preserve skin balance.
This is why I select brands that avoid:
The brands I use
I only share brands that I personally use: ZAO Organic Makeup and Eclo Beauty.
These brands offer:
The only point to note is that the hold is slightly lower than conventional makeup, but with better respect for the skin.
